Museum and Institution-Trained Eye: My 15+ years curating exhibitions at major institutions like the Oakland Museum of California, San Jose ICA, and galleries means I evaluate art with the same standards museums use for permanent collections. I assess not just current market appeal, but long-term cultural significance.

Active Collection Management: While many advisors focus primarily on acquisitions, I currently manage the hundreds of works for the Olivia Collection across multiple properties and coordinate foundation exhibitions in Mexico City. I also have experience supporting and organizing private collections and artists ’ studios across California. This hands-on experience with significant objects informs every recommendation I make.

Collection Management and Strategic Partnership: $8,000-$15,000 monthly retainers for comprehensive collection stewardship across multiple properties, exhibition coordination, and strategic cultural development.

Foundation Program: $5,000 annually for new collectors, covering comprehensive education, curation, and acquisition guidance. Active collectors often fulfill this commitment entirely through acquisition commissions (10% of purchases), with commission payments credited toward the annual fee.

Per-Acquisition Support: 15% commission (minimum $1,500) for individual purchase guidance without ongoing commitment. All gallery discounts are passed directly to clients, and commissions are calculated on final negotiated prices, ensuring you always get the best possible deal. Perfect for experienced collectors seeking expert insight on specific opportunities.

Consultation Services: $300 per hour for strategic advice, collection assessment, or specific questions without ongoing engagement.

Established collectors often start with a collection assessment to identify strategic growth opportunities, then receive ongoing presentations of exceptional works that fit your collecting focus.

Per-acquisition clients jump straight into sourcing for specific needs. I handle all research, due diligence, and logistics while keeping you informed at every step.

Throughout any engagement, I coordinate all post-purchase logistics—shipping, installation, documentation—so you can focus on enjoying your new acquisitions rather than managing vendors.

Absolutely. I provide comprehensive "nail-to-nail" service for all clients—from gallery wall to your home. This includes coordinating professional shipping, handling, installation, framing, and all necessary paperwork. You'll work directly with vetted service providers (costs handled separately), while I manage the entire process to ensure everything arrives safely and is installed perfectly.

Collection Management & Foundation Program clients receive this as part of their comprehensive service, along with ongoing support for insurance updates, condition monitoring, documentation, and future rotation planning.

Per-acquisition clients receive full post-purchase coordination for each piece they acquire through my guidance.
